1. Delivery Coverage Area
Navaneetham Keerai currently delivers to selected areas in Chennai and surrounding metro areas in Tamil Nadu. Please check your delivery address during checkout to confirm if delivery is available in your area.
2. Delivery Timeframe
We offer the following delivery options:
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays and before 10:00 AM on weekends. Delivery between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after the same-day cutoff time will be delivered the next day between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM or 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Scheduled Delivery: You can choose your preferred delivery date up to 6 days in advance
3. Delivery Charges
Free Delivery: On orders above ₹500
Delivery Fee: ₹40 for orders below ₹500, plus additional charges for areas beyond 8km from our main location
4. Delivery Address Requirements
Please ensure that:
- Your address is complete with street name, building number, and apartment details
- A valid phone number is provided for delivery coordination
- Landmark information is included for easy identification
- You are available or have someone to receive the delivery during the scheduled time
5. Special Packaging
All orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness. Optional eco-friendly box packing is available for an additional charge of ₹10 per order.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or high order volumes. We will notify you via SMS/WhatsApp of any significant delays.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive damaged or missing items:
- Report within 2 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged/missing items
- Contact us at navaneethamkeerai@gmail.com with order details
- We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost
8. Cancellation and Returns
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before scheduled delivery. Full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Returns: Fresh produce cannot be returned. However, if you receive incorrect items, we will replace them in the next delivery at no additional cost.
9. Subscription Orders
Weekly subscription orders are delivered on your chosen day each week. You can skip a week or cancel anytime from your account settings without penalty.
